Registration Information

FALL 2017 Registration

Monday, APRIL 3RD – Friday, APRIL 7th

See your academic advisor and schedule classes for Fall 2017 by April 7th and you will automatically be entered into a drawing to win one of five prizes:

To be eligible for the drawing, you must be scheduled for a fulltime course load. A minimum of 12 credit hours for the College of Arts & Sciences and the College of Pharmacy is required. A minimum of 6 credit hours is required for Graduate Programs.

TO ALL FRESHMAN, ALL ENGLISH MAJORS, MUSIC MAJORS AND, DECIDING/DECIDING NON-SCIENCE MAJORS:
YOU MUST OBTAIN YOUR ALTERNATE PIN# FROM YOUR ADVISOR PRIOR TO LOGGING INTO BANNER WEB TO REGISTER.

    
REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR ALL STUDENTS:

  1. ALL STUDENTS MUST see their academic advisors BEFORE pre-registering for classes. Students will be required to state that an advisor has approved all courses OR they will not be allowed to pre-register for classes. Proper course selections are ultimately the responsibility of the student.   2. Students are eligible to register for the Fall 2017 semester according to the following schedule:
Starting at 7:00 AM Monday, April 3rd    College of  Pharmacy, Graduate School, and Seniors
Starting at 7:00 AM Tuesday, April 4th Juniors and Sophomores
Starting at 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 5th Freshmen
Continued Registration Thursday, April 6th All classifications
Continued Registration until 4:00pm Friday, April 7th All classifications

      
Registrar’s Office staff will be located in the Registrar’s Office, Xavier South, Room 630.
