Xavier University of Louisiana, a national leader in STEM education, is expanding its offerings by establishing an innovative new training program, the MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences (PharmSci). The MS in PharmSci is designed to provide students with practical and analytical skills needed in the modern pharmaceutical/ biotechnology research environment

The Pharmaceutical Sciences (PharmSci) program is designed for students interested in careers in drug discovery, pharmaceutical drug delivery, or translational/clinical sciences. Candidates with these coveted skills will be positioned to establish careers in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, as well as academic research institutions and regulatory agencies. In addition to enhancing students’ competitiveness for employment opportunities, the PharmSci program is designed to give students a competitive advantage toward admissions and success in doctoral programs in pharmacy, medicine, and the biomedical sciences.
