Morewell Gasseller serves as Program Faculty for this project and is an Assistant Professor of Physics at XULA. His academic training is in experimental condensed matter physics, where he used scanning probe techniques (Scanning tunneling and atomic force microcopy) to study nanoscale systems and structures. Dr. Gasseller is highly motivated to pursue innovative research and teaching environmental monitoring issues and their impact on public health. In the past 5 years Dr. Gasseller has been very active in the GLOBE community and is involved with the GLOBE International Virtual Science Symposium (IVSS) as a member of GISN (Globe International Stem Network).
