Acceptances in 2008-2009

Xavier has been a leader nationally in placing African-Americans into medical school for more than 10 years. Further, in spite of Hurricane Katrina, Xavier continues to do well as evidenced the by fact that 69 Xavier students were accepted into medical, dental, etc. school for entry in the fall of 2009. Here are the students who were accepted for entry in 2009…

NOTE: According to data made available by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), a total of 142 applicants who attended Xavier submitted applications to allopathic medical schools via the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) for entry in 2009. Of those applicants, 55 were accepted into medical school. The acceptance list above only includes the names of students who granted Premedical Office personnel permission to publicize their information.
