Women of Xavier

WHO ARE WE?

Xavier University is joining the surge of women across the globe who are fulfilling their desire for involvement and transformative action with the establishment of Women of Xavier.  This giving circle is comprised of accomplished women of all ages who believe in philanthropy as a means to ignite change and impact the wellbeing of humanity, thus contributing to a more just and humane society.

Our mission is to increase awareness of philanthropy as a force in shaping the future of the university and our world, with the aim of establishing a lifelong commitment to improving the condition of both.

  • Encourage and grow philanthropy among women
  • Raise awareness of the value of an investment in Xavier University
  • Support University funding priorities
  • Through philanthropy, students learn their capacity for impacting change and understand their responsibility to stay aware of current issues and participate in civic life for the common good
  • Foster an environment of mentorship and inspiration for all members
