Xavier University is issuing a Request for Bids for an organization to provide General Contractor services with respect to replacing the existing HVAC system in the Qatar Pavilion. The organization must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana’s Contractor’s Licensing Law R.S. 37 - 2.51- 2.63. All responses that are submitted for the Request for Bids must be received by the University before 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on November 18, 2022. Bids should Reference the Bid number and be forwarded/dropped off to Bruce Hamilton at the Building Services Building located at:

The University will not accept either faxed or emailed responses. Also, responses received after that time will not be considered. Xavier University of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities incidental thereto.
